About Me

Hey, I’m Johnny Sage

Over 20 years ago, I was trapped in a cycle of anxiety, depression, PTSD, brain fog, and health issues. Life felt hopeless, and I saw no way out. After hitting rock bottom more than once, I realized I couldn’t keep living that way. So, I made the decision to do the inner and outer work—and my life transformed quickly.

A huge part of my healing came from alternative modalities, and the results were so powerful that I felt compelled to share them with others. That passion led me to become a healer.

Today, I’m a Holy Fire®️ III Usui and Karuna Reiki Master, Kambo Practitioner, Advanced Crystal Healer (Sacred Geometry), Yoga Instructor (Hatha, Kundalini, Nidra), Sound Facilitator, Breathwork Trainer, and more. But above all, I bring a lifetime of experience navigating my own healing journey.

The path of awakening isn’t always clear—it can be messy and confusing. That’s why I became a certified coach: to help others navigate the twists and turns and empower them to take control of their own healing.

I chose the Soulina Process because it’s about YOU finding your own answers—not creating dependence on me. It’s about empowering you to heal and grow in a way that’s authentic to YOU.
